Grades 9-12 Summer Reading

Summer 2022

McBee High School Summer Reading

(FOR STUDENTS ENTERING GRADES 9th- 12th

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians:

The English Language Arts Department wishes you all a wonderful summer! While you are enjoying the summer, be sure to complete your summer reading.

This year each grade level has an assigned reading and short assignments to minimize the summer slide because of a lack of reading practice. These assignments are the first week of the 2021-2022 school year. Students will have other activities connected to these texts the first week of the next school year such as an in-class essay.
