Senior Kaylee Jackson won the state title in extemporaneous public speaking. Kaylee will go on to represent South Carolina this fall at the 93rd National FFA Convention!
Other notables include the Agricultural Mechanics team (Dawson Wellmon, Bill Porter, Seth Pittington, and Hunter Gilbert) and the Agronomy team (Rebecca Miller, Mason Reid, Jenna Teal, and Jackson Morris) placed third in their respective events.
The Tool Identification team (Bryce Byrd, Ted Berry, Jacob Horton, and Richard Horton) will compete soon.
Finally, seniors Gabe Mangum, Elena Urbaniak, Jacob Brooks, and Baylee Johnson were recognized for earning their state FFA degrees.
