Credit: 1Prerequisite: Foundations in Algebra and Intermediate Algebra or Algebra 1, and Geometry.
This course is an extension of Algebra 1 skills, including the study of linear equations, functions, and inequalities, laws of exponents, radicals, complex numbers, and quadratic equations.

Your weeks four and five assignments are to complete the following packet. The PDF file below contains word problems and regular problems to be worked out. Show all your work and circle your final answer. Feel free to email me if you have any other mathematical questions, topics you want me to explain, pictures/memes you'd like to see me create a word problem with, or ANYTHING math-related.

You must also design and solve three of your word problems. Try to connect the word problems to your current situation (daily routine, food, social distancing, etc.) and be creative.
